Return Policy

We accept returns on all items within 7 days of the delivery date. The merchandise must be returned in the exact condition in which it was shipped in order to receive a refund.

You have 12h from the time of purchase to cancel or make any updates your order details. From that moment onwards we cannot proceed with any changes. Please contact our support team if you have any questions.

How to Process a Return
Please send an email to customercare@janymau.com with the order number within 7 days from the arrival date to start the return process. We will not accept any returns or exchanges reported after 7 days from the arrival time.

Damaged items
Please report all damaged items to customercare@janymau.com within 48 hours of receipt with a photo that shows your product(s). We will proceed with a refund or replacement immediately with no charge or return asked. If not reported within that time we will not be able to issue replacements.

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-7 business days.

Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You should use a trackable shipping service.

Wrong Address
Please note that if the package doesn’t reach you after you provided a wrong or incomplete address, we will not be held accountable and will not be able to offer a full refund of your order amount.
In these situations we will be able to resend the item back to you, but only if you cover the shipping costs.
This happens because we value the working time, shipping expenses and other resources that we have invested when dispatching the first item to you.
